To set an example in the urban area of Radebeul, a three-sided poster installation will be set up opposite the Landesbühnen Sachsen at Meißner Straße. This installation is designed by the Radebeul artist Irene Wieland. Irene Wieland studied Virtual Communication at the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Offenbach am Main. Since then she has been active in the field of fine art and applied graphics. Her work could be seen in the accompanying program of Documenta IX. She has been a member of the Dresden Secession since 1999, she lives and works in Radebeul.
